My doctor has advised me not to travel or I think they would. Am I covered by this policy?

We will not provide any cover if you are travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner. If you do not speak to a medical practitioner before your trip, your cover would also be affected if they indicate they would have advised against travel.

If you have pre-existing medical conditions, we would always recommend consulting with a medical practitioner about your travel plans before you book. Even stable conditions can become unstable from travelling, especially to long distance destinations or areas where the climate is significantly different.
